FAQ
What kind of paper is used?
All my prints are made using Hahnemühle German Etching paper- a museum-quality, heavyweight fine art paper with a beautifully textured surface. This paper is 310gsm, made from 100% alpha-cellulose, and is acid-free and lignin-free, meaning it's built to last a lifetime without yellowing or fading.
It has a rich, velvety matte finish that gives each print incredible depth, making the colours and fine details of my work really stand out. It's the same paper used by professional galleries and printmakers worldwide- chosen for its ability to replicate the feel and quality of original artwork.
Are the prints signed?
Each print includes a digital signature embedded in the bottom corner of the artwork. This signature is part of the print file itself and maintains the integrity of the design.
Please note: prints are not hand-signed, as they are produced and shipped directly through a professional fine art print studio.
What is giclée printing?
Giclée is a high-quality fine art printing process that uses archival pigment-based inks and professional inkjet printers to produce detailed, vibrant, and long-lasting prints. All of my prints are giclée printed, which when combined with Hahnemühle German Etching paper, ensures museum-grade quality with rich colour depth, deep blacks, and exceptional detail. Giclée prints are known for their longevity- they're fade-resistant for up to 100 years.
